we got the keel to drop about 3/4" so we could use a saws-all to cut all the keel bolts and then roll the trailer out from under the boat...





The keel bolts did come of the cast iron keel real easy, the next thing we had to do was to fix some of the floors. one trun shit because of the 8 lb hammer pounding... and the others we took out to make the lower half from new oak.



 this one had half of the keel bold stuck in the lower half...then make a new one.



To get the keel bolts out of the floors we had to use a hydraulic jack to push the keel bolts back up. then we made a hydraulic puller to pull the keel bolts out of the floors...
