Ok, here is a little more of TULLA'S past. The paper work i received from the last seller has Kermit Parker back in 1976 selling the boat from Bruce Krefting to Ken Economy. Take a look at the statements...

and the selling price $6710.00 USD not too bad for 14 year old boat almost doubling the cost from new!
So now the next paper work i have is a appraisal report that has Finn Jorgensen selling the Tulla to the City of Oakland back in 1997 and was used by the Lake Merritt Boating Center. I'm not sure how much the boat was sold for at that time.
The City of Oakland kept Tulla until 2-17-2010 and Tulla was in bad shape at that time... so it was auctioned off to the highest bidder... and the winner was Scott Wall for only $ 100.00 USD, wow from a beauty that she once was, to the poor shape Tulla was left in. I give Scott a lot vision for seeing what Tulla could be with a lot of hard work to make Tulla the beauty she is... here is what he started with!

He sailed Tulla from Oakland to SF to be hauled out, they said that he should not sail Tulla, because it would not make it... but Tulla made it!
